Matchmaking Event: Connecting with strategic partners for 2021 projects
The EIT Urban Mobility Matchmaking event for the Business Plan 2021 took place on 3–4 March 2020 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
The Knowledge Innovation Community (KIC) in Urban Mobility is a European space for forging networks and collaborations to accelerate innovation. It helps to reduce fragmentation and duplication, because it concentrates the resources of strategic partners. The focus of these two days was project strategy in European cities.
This strong network of partners facilitates technology transfer, leads research and innovation, and emphasizes entrepreneurial culture by supporting the creation of startups and accelerating emerging companies to take them to global level.
During two days of meetings, workshops and networking sessions, proposals were discussed on the research and development of new ideas in several European cities, competitive universities and technological industries of the private sector, to foster the knowledge triangle.
CARNET played a very active role during the two intensive days in Eindhoven, pitching ideas, meeting with other stakeholders and looking for consortiums and partnerships.
