Key Responsabilities:
Accounting:
- Perform accounting, closings, balance sheet, and income statement.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for collections and payments.
- Monitor payments and collections.
- Periodically make settlements corresponding to IRPF, VAT, and IS.
Business/legal management:

Personnel management:

Responsibilities and duties to be developed
Main functions of the position:
- Direct relationship and trusted person of the strategic and scientific direction of the entity.
- People management: hiring, coordination and management of the research personnel assigned to research and innovation projects, personnel policies, control of personnel expenses, hiring procedures, coordination of activities with the Prevention and Surveillance Service, personnel training management, etc.
- Economic project management: monitoring the submission of proposals and grants awarded, expense control, monitoring of the allocation of people’s dedication hours and expenses to tasks and projects, economic justification of projects
- Accounting: performing accounting, closings, balance sheet and income statement, preparing cash forecasts for collections and payments, monitoring payments and collections, performing tax settlements, etc.
- Mercantile / legal management: review and preparation of contracts and agreements and analysis and application of current regulations

Professional profile
Training Required training:

Specific knowledge – Will be valued:
- Knowledge and experience in people management in public and/or private organizations in general, economic and financial management, project management, budget management, audit of accounts, and hiring
