Project Descripiton
CERTAIN will create a comprehensive Safety Assurance Framework that addresses the gaps in current CCAM development and deployment, with a strong emphasis on (perceived) safety, trust, acceptance and comfort by/from/for all road users through in-life assessment. User acceptance, AI-based systems validation, continuous through-life assessment and virtualisation are the main components needed to extend the harmonised Safety Assurance Framework and ensure safe CCAM introduction and operation.
