Project purpose and Description
The aim of the project has been to develop a training catalogue of short courses in the field of automotive and mobility of the future and design in accordance with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF-MEC).
These courses consist of two types of activities: Reskilling activities, which refer to the change of a user’s job to new tasks, and on the other hand, Upskilling, when a worker already has knowledge in a field and wants to expand and develop it in more depth.
Objectives and Outcomes
Taking into account the knowledge acquired during the different studies carried out, 8 short training programmes in automotive and mobility were designed:

– Mobility and Cybersecurity
– Advanced Vehicle Materials
– Intelligent Mobility
– Intelligent Factories for Vehicles
– Robotics and Automation of Vehicle Processes
