Project Description
The project aims to enable information extraction from bus stops, from which currently there is no real-time data available. To do so, a depth camera (RGB-D) is going to be used together with computer vision detection and tracking techniques leveraging AI (Deep Learning). The goal is to develop a proof of concept that enables obtaining the following information at a bus stop: number of people, waiting time, and bus arrival detection.
