PhD STUDENT. RESEARCH ASSISTANT.

Type of contract: A contract for a specific project or service.

Work position: Barcelona.

Integration in a dynamic and highly motivated team, result oriented.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support in KIC EIT Urban mobility research projects
  • Give support to ensure that planned EU projects are successful and cost-effective done, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration with European partners.

 

Education:

  • PhD Student in Engineering, Mathematics, Urban Planning.

 

 Experience: 

  • Proven experience will be valuated positively.

 

General Skills

  • Must be able to assume responsibility, demonstrate sound judgment and professional poise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

 

Specific Tasks:

  • Ensure that deadlines and milestones are met within the predefined research project. Ensure project development on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • In some specific cases, coordination of different European project members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other project members and all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet budgetary objectives.

PROJECT MANAGER FOR INNOVATION PROJECTS

Initial contract: until December, 31. Incorporation with full dedication (37.5h / week)

Type of contract: A contract for a specific project or service.

Work position: Barcelona. EU Travel: Between 10% and 15% of the time.

Integration in a dynamic and highly motivated team, result oriented.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project management, execution and monitoring, according to a pre-defined work program.
  • Project progress reporting to executive committee.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration with European partners.

Education:

  • University Degree. MS will be valuated positively.

 Experience:

  • Proven experience will be valuated positively.
  • Automotive and mobility experience is valuated positively.
  • Knowledge about digitalization and “Mobility as a Service” is valuated positively.

General Skills

TECHNICIAN FOR THE CITIZEN CARD PROJECT

The work to be done is related to the monitoring of the technical preparation of an offer for the implementation of the Citizen Card Project with AMTU and the tasks for the creation of an administrative office related to Project.

Type of contract: A contract for a specific project or service.

Work position: Barcelona.

Key responsibilities:

– Giving support to CARNET in terms of business models for the creation of the Citizen Card..

– Providing technical support in the creation of an offer for the Citizen Card Project.

Specifics tasks:

– Plan of specific uses of the Citizen Card and understand business models.

– Helping CARNET and AMTU, as a customer, to manage the projects provided.

– Manage and facilitate the meetings within the Citizen Card Project.

– Develop business plans for diferent models of transport..

– Disseminate the results of the work.

Education:

Graduated in computer science or similar.

-Doctorate in computer science or similar preferably.

-Experience in mobility projects.

General skills:

– Excellent communication and written skills.

– Ability to work together with Project partners from different institutions and backgrounds.

– Solid organizational skills, including atention to detall.

– Must be able to asume responsibility, demonstrating sound judgment and profesional attitude.

– Ability to manage sensitive situations while maintaining confidentiality.

Experience:

– Having worked in a start up related to Mobility.

– Management of projects at differents levels.

– Having written projects for H2020 calls.

– Having worked in the Logistics or transport sector.

ARCHITECT FOR INNOVATION PROJECTS

  • Execution of projects related to urban planning with a strong focus on mobility.
  • Execution of projects related to public space / public realm.
  • Execution of projects related to citizen engagement.
  • Project progress reporting to executive committee.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration with European partners.

 

Education:

  • Architecture Degree. MS or equivalent, preferably in urban planning, social sciences,
    or urban design.

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience will be valuated positively.
  • Public space and urban design experience will be valuated positively.
  • Urban planning experience will be valuated positively.
  • Social and spatial research will be valuated positively.
  • Citizen engagement performance will be valuated positively.
