The MOBINNO-EXPERIENCES Project Launches its New Website
The website for the MOBINNO-EXPERIENCES project has just launched. This online space will also host the upcoming online courses that will be developed as part of the project, financed by the EIT Urban Mobility, an European initiative supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and co-funded by the European Union.
The goal of this project is to develop high-quality audiovisual materials focused on real-life experiences from the most cutting-edge start-ups, corporates, industry players, and cities, which will be presented through a Massive Open Online Course (MooC) that will gather a digital community of people interested in mobility and innovation.
With the help of experts representing big corporates and renowned local authorities, and the expertise of professionals coming from research centers and successful start-ups, MOBINNO-EXPERIENCES founders aim to close the existing knowledge gap between education and business creation, and develop the key competencies that will foster the entrepreneurial attitude needed in the mobility field.
Key competencies will therefore be provided to the next generation of entrepreneurs, expected to launch future mobility start-ups and feed the acceleration process (Business Creation) at EIT Urban Mobility, creating a full-cycle of entrepreneurs and transformation catalizers. By taking this course, the students will gain competencies such as innovation strategies, mobility challenges, attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit.
The first online course, Development of Key Competencies Based on Real Experiences from Mobility Innovation Leaders, will cover four thematic areas (Active Mobility, Future Mobility, Mobility and Energy, and Sustainable Logistics), sharing the adoption and acquisition of diverse innovative solutions and fruitful insights coming from experts working in different institutions, and one extra area related to Investors and Capital Risk facilitating global knowledge on investing in innovation. The course will be open to everyone in the upcoming weeks, no prerequisite knowledge is required, and it will be free for all its students.
The consortium developing the project is led by CARNET and comprised of Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB), Moven, NextMove, and Zone Cluster.
